Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully bonded and insured, and we are an A+ Accredited Business with the BBB. Worth knowing: Ohio does not actually license roofing contractors, so any company claiming a state roofing license is stretching the truth. What you should look for instead is proof of insurance, a manufacturer certification, and a real track record. We carry all three, including the CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster credential, the highest certification the manufacturer offers. Ask any roofer for their certificate of insurance before you hire. We are always happy to share ours.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every job we do is backed by a 10-year warranty on all of our labor, and it transfers to the next owner if you sell your home. That covers the workmanship, the part a lot of roofers stay quiet about. On top of that, the CertainTeed products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties, ranging from 20 years up to 50 years on the premium shingle lines. So you are protected two ways: by us on the install and by the manufacturer on the materials. We put it all in writing before any work starts.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with Foundation Finance and Acorn Finance to offer flexible plans, and on a typical roof around 9,000 dollars, payments run near 110 dollars a month. The application takes just a few minutes, and roughly 90 percent of applicants with a 550 or higher credit score are approved. Because offers are tailored to each person and change often, we go over your real options in person rather than guessing online. Financing can also help you cover an insurance deductible. We will lay it all out at your free estimate.
