What does your roof inspection include?
Our free inspection is a 21-point walkthrough of your whole roof. Where it is safe, we climb up and check the shingles, flashing, valleys, ridges, drip edge, and penetrations, and we look at the decking and attic for soft spots, moisture, and ventilation problems. Then you get a thorough written report you can keep, with photos of anything we find. We will even drop off a physical copy along with a folder of product information if that is easier for you. No pressure, no obligation, and no cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully bonded and insured, and we are an A+ Accredited Business with the BBB. Worth knowing: Ohio does not actually license roofing contractors, so any company claiming a state roofing license is stretching the truth. What you should look for instead is proof of insurance, a manufacturer certification, and a real track record.
